Born and educated in France, Xavier has been working in Latin America since the mid-nineties, mainly in consulting for international Retail and Consumer Goods companies.
His main areas of expertise include Business Transformation, Category Management, Supply Chain, CRM, Business and Organizational Models, Go-To-Market strategies, Process Reengineering, and ERP implementation.
While at Accenture, Xavier was in charge of the Retail industry for Argentina, Chile, Colombia, and Peru, serving as Client Director for one of the largest retailers in South America.
In recent years, he has been involved in major transformation programs, including the implementation of Category Management Practices, Inventory Management Strategy Definition and Implementation, Loss Prevention, and the development of Omnichannel Strategies. This work has also included Customer Journey Reviews, Store Role Definition, and Digital Channel impact evaluation.
