With over 12 years of experience across FMCG, manufacturing, and retail, Serena brings a rare combination of hands-on industry knowledge and advanced merchandising and category management expertise. Most recently, she spent 4.5 years at RELEX Solutions, leading Space & Assortment and Pricing & Promotion projects for international customers, and helping organizations transform their planning capabilities.
Before joining RELEX, Serena built her career at Danone, Unilever, and Ferrero, where she held Category Management roles and gained deep insight into consumer goods, commercial operations, and market dynamics.
